Ever Progressive NAASITES!!!

All glory to God Almighty who has given me the privilege to stand before you this day, fellow members of the house, friends and partners in governance, esteemed guest, ladies and gentlemen. Today which marks the first business meeting of the NRC for 2015/2016 parliamentary year, I believe marks the launching of our noble association (NAAS) to greater heights.

It is true that a time comes when men will be separated from boys and that time came when each of us decided to take up responsibility of serving, a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politics, nor popular, but he must take it because conscience tells him it is right. Special recognition is given to those who worked hard in the last parliamentary year to transform OOU CAS to what we all hoped for. I say a big thank you for your overwhelming support and I believe they would stand still by me to give me moral support for which I have confidence that they will help me to succeed.

It is truly heart-warming and very humbling, that across the Unionism spectrum, transcending Unionism boundaries, new and old friends, even former Unionism adversaries, choose to entrust me the leadership of this association for the next parliamentary year.
While our level/department may be different, we know that all are tied together by the common needs of the NAASITESS for a life that is free yet secured, academically vibrant, environmental healthy, peaceful and socially accepting.

My fellow leaders, there are so many challenge ahead of us even with the short time frame, and our enduring commitment and sacrifice is needed. We have realized the shortcoming and loop-holes of our predecessors and the time Has come to set things right by learning from their mistakes, I hereby implore the honourables house and other stakeholder quarters that the achievement of success in AAS depends on our collective, undivided and sacrificial efforts.

We are accountable to each and every NAASITES that we serve. We are accountable accordingly to the universal values of honesty and integrity
I am never a history of struggle since I entered OOUCAS, am always part and parcel of the struggle.
Let us work together, for this association is our association, let us make it a true association, and for the benefit of all the people, thank you!

God bless Nigeria,
God bless Ogun State,
God bless OOU,
God bless OOUCAS,
God bless NAAS.                            Aluta continua……………………………….Victoria ascerta!!!
